  • What is Home Watch?

    Home Watch is a routine visual inspection of a property, interior and exterior, to look for obvious issues which will be reported back to the owner in the form of a written inspection report with recommendations for actions to be taken moving forward. Home Watch does not include staying at a property, but weekly or bi-weekly visits at various intervals.

  • How is “Estate Management” different from Home Watch?

    “Estate Management” is a more involved version of the Home Watch program. An Estate Management agreement assigns a greater responsibility to Elevate Home Services (EHS) to not only identify areas of maintenance, but procure quotes from 3rd party vendors to perform work, schedule the work, and be present at the property while the work is being performed. EHS can also be the first point of contact for any security system notifications and can maintain control of active security systems on behalf of the owner.

  • How often will you visit my property?

    Our minimum frequency is one visit every 14 days, however, we recommend once-weekly visits. Insurance companies can implement exclusions for coverage (ex: water damage) in as little as 14 days of vacancy, which drives the 14-day minimum visit frequency.

  • What types of concierge services do you offer?

    At Elevate Home Services we can advise on various restaurants, activities, experiences and venues to meet your needs while you’re in town. We can procure groceries and supplies for your home and have them delivered prior to your arrival so that your home is property stocked for your stay.

  • What is the cost for your services?

    The price of our services will vary from each client. Pricing will be influenced by the size of the property, drive time to get to the property, and how much responsibility Elevate Home Services will take on behalf of the owner, and how frequently the property will be visited. A proposal for services including pricing will be provided to each owner prior to the first inspection.

  • Can you pick me up at the airport?

    Unfortunately we are limited by our insurance carrier in that we cannot provide transportation services. However, we have connections for vehicle parking services to store your vehicle near Bozeman International Airport and have it delivered to the airport prior to your arrival, and return it to storage after your departure.

  • Is Elevate Home Services properly insured?

    Elevate Home Services carries appropriate liability insurance and bonding as recommended by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).

  • What areas do you service?

    Our area of service extends about 90 minutes from Belgrade, MT. Our service areas include, but are not limited to: Bozeman, Big Sky, The Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, Belgrade, Four Corners, Gallatin Gateway, Livingston, Bridger Canyon, Springhill, Manhattan, Three Forks, Clarkston, Toston, Townsend, Willow Creek, Harrison, Norris, Ennis, McAllister, Virginia City, Whitehall, Pine Creek, Pray, Emigrant, Chico, Carbella, Corwin Springs, Gardiner, Jardine, West Yellowstone, and Willow Creek.

  • How do you protect my privacy?

    At Elevate Home Services, we do not share ownership information of our client’s properties beyond a need-to-know basis with our employees and 3rd party vendors. We have a non-disclosure agreement that we offer to our clients outlining the confidentiality protections that we adhere to. We offer to have our employees on-site when 3rd party vendors are performing work to protect your assets and privacy. We do not perform inspections while the property is occupied by owners or guests.
