Any and all aspects of "home" can be monitored and inspected to meet your unique needs. We offer weekly or bi-weekly services that include, but are not limited to, routine property inspections, vendor coordination, seasonal maintenance, and home security checks.

Please note that our services do not include staying on the property. Instead, we perform scheduled inspections at varying intervals while the property is unoccupied. As part of our inspections, we conduct thorough exterior checks of all primary and secondary structures, as well as any relevant amenities, such as riverfront or lakefront areas.

If any issues are observed during an inspection, we promptly inform the homeowner or their designated representative, providing recommendations to address the problem. When needed, we coordinate third-party contractors and oversee necessary repairs or maintenance, ensuring your property remains well cared for in your absence.
